To request Home Health Aide services, you or a family member can contact Regency by phone or through our website. Our intake team will ask a few questions about your needs, current support, and insurance coverage.
We will then coordinate any required clinical assessments and work with your health plan to authorize services. Once approved, we match you with a trained HHA and schedule your first visit.
