After enrollment is complete, Regency will confirm your services, introduce key members of your care team, and schedule your first visit. You will receive an overview of the care plan, including which services are authorized, the general visit schedule, and how to reach us with questions.

Over time, your needs may change. If you feel you need more or fewer hours, or a different type of service, review the articles in “Starting or Changing Services” for guidance on next steps.
