Starting services with Regency begins with a conversation. You, a family member, or a healthcare professional can contact us by phone or online to request an intake. Our team will gather basic information about the patient, current supports, and goals for care.
Next, we verify insurance or Medicaid eligibility and arrange any necessary clinical assessments. Once services are approved, we develop a care plan and schedule the first visit. Throughout the process, we keep you informed so there are no surprises.
