Receiving a bill can be confusing, especially when services are funded by Medicaid or an insurance plan. Common reasons for a bill include services that are not covered by your plan, changes in eligibility, differences between authorized and used hours, or co-pays and deductibles required by your coverage.
If you receive a bill that you do not understand, contact Regency’s billing department. We can review the charges with you, explain how they were calculated, and discuss options if you are having difficulty paying.
