Care needs can change over time. If you feel that the current number of hours is no longer appropriate, contact Regency to request a review. Our team will ask about recent changes in condition, safety concerns, and caregiver capacity.
Depending on your funding source, we may request updated clinical documentation, schedule a reassessment, or submit a new authorization request to your health plan or waiver program.
