If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, we encourage you to share your concerns with Regency. Complaints can be made by phone or in writing. We take all feedback seriously and aim to resolve issues quickly and respectfully.
Once a concern is reported, we investigate, speak with the caregiver and supervisors as needed, and develop a plan to address the problem. This may include coaching, retraining, or changing caregivers.
