When a caregiver is changed, Regency will coordinate the transition to minimize disruption. We will let you know who your new caregiver will be, when they will start, and what to expect during early visits.

Our team ensures that your care plan, preferences, and safety concerns are communicated to the new caregiver. You are always welcome to share additional details directly with them during the first few visits.
